Brookens Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598391, citation number one, item number one, and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2022, with respect to a site located at W5835 Sweet William Drive, Appleton, Wisconsin.
