29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about July 14 and July 15, 2019, at a residence located at N2271 Glen Rose Lane, WI, subcontract employees conducting roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards due to the fact a competent person had not performed frequent and regular inspections of the job site.
