29 CFR 1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Employees working with and or around chemical(s) such as but not limited to Hydrochloric Acid(s) and Hydrofluoric Acid(s) were exposed to permanent disabling injuries a the following locations:    A) Building # 110 Salts: Where the employer provided employees with an emergency eyewash, the eyewash station was not maintained in a sanitary condition. There was blood in basin of the eye wash station.       B) Building #101 'Distillation & Purification: Where the employer provided employees with an emergency eyewash and deluge shower (s), the eyewash station was not maintained in a sanitary condition.     C) Building #103 ' Bottling Line': Where the employer provided employees with an emergency eyewash and deluge shower (s), the eyewash station was not maintained in a sanitary condition.     D) Building #124 'Lab': Where the employer provided employees with an emergency eyewash(s), the eyewash station located in the lab sink did not provide function at the time of the inspection.    Condition observed on or about 7/25/19.
