29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine where possible nor secured elsewhere if for any reason attachment to the machine is not possible: On or about August 5, 2019 the guards were not properly affixed to the following: 1) The #5 cut-off saw, located in the cut up room, had a cover over the entire machine that could be moved while the machine was in operation; 2) The #2 cut-off saw, located directly adjacent to the #5 saw in the cut up room, had a guard over the rotating wheel and shaft that could be moved while the machine was in operation.
