29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    a) On or about August 6, 2019 at the job-site located at 6261-6259 Camino Dr., Apollo Beach (FL); construction debris, extension cords, trusses, garbage, sheets of plywood and pieces of lumber were strewn along the edge of the north side area of the structure, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.

On or about August 6, 2019 at the job-site located at 6261-6259 Camino Dr., Apollo Beach (FL), four employees were installing roof trusses with pneumatic nail guns, exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard.    The Dacar Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398583, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 743 Sea Breeze Lane, Palm Harbor (FL).
