On or about January 13, 2021, an employee was performing residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b); therefore exposing the employee(s) to a fall hazard. b. On or about January 13, 2021, an employee was performing residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b); therefore exposing the employee(s) to a fall hazard. On or about January 13, 2021, employees were performing residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels wherein the employer did not ensure that each employee had been trained, by a Competent person qualified in the use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, and/ or other protection to be used; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
