29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Mechanical Room: Employees who work with corrosives including degreasers, chlorine, insecticides and potassium chloride were not provided with an emergency eye or shower suitable for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body, exposing employees to injuries from chemical contact.  b) Maintenance Shop: Employees who work with corrosives including calcium-lime-rust remover, chlorine, and electrical contact cleaners were not provided with an emergency eye or shower suitable for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body, exposing employees to injuries from chemical contact.  c) Warehouse: Employees who transport, handle and store corrosives including degreasers, floor strippers, bleach, detergents, insecticides and lime-scale removers were not provided with an emergency eye or shower suitable for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body, exposing employees to injuries from chemical contact.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a)      Sports Bar: A relocatable power tap was used to power the Island Oasis Drink machine, computer monitor, lights, and other electronics; exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.       b)     Surveillance Room: A relocatable power tap was used to power multiple pieces of equipment including a copy machine, a paper shredder and a second power tap at the supervisors workstation, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.        c)      Lounge Bar: The Sound Board and Cash Blast machine were being powered by a relocatable power tap, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
