29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Sports Bar: A relocatable power tap was used to power the Island Oasis Drink machine, computer monitor, lights, and other electronics; exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) Surveillance Room: A relocatable power tap was used to power multiple pieces of equipment including a copy machine, a paper shredder and a second power tap at the supervisors workstation, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. c) Lounge Bar: The Sound Board and Cash Blast machine were being powered by a relocatable power tap, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
