29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) CUSTODIAL CLOSET: A relocatable power tap, plugged into an extension cord, was used to power a refrigerator, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) BLUE AGAVE: A relocatable power tap was used to power an immersion circulator, a heating lamp, and was connected in series to an extension cord to power the ignition switch of a gas griddle, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) BLUE AGAVE: A relocatable power tap was used to power a Hatco soup warmer and connected in series with an extension cord to power a VacMaster vacuum sealer, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. Desert Diamond Casino and Entertainment was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421242 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/06/2019.
