The guarding to keep body parts was not properly adjusted.  The training manual did not provide the required adjustment height for the ingoing and outgoing guards.    The National Cart Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1334350, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3125 Boshertown Road, St. Charles, MO 63301.
