29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:    (a) 914 Ocean Ave, Ocean City, NJ;  On or about August 9, 2019 two employees were conducting framing from a manufactured scaffold pick type platform that was 12 inches wide and located less than 10 feet above ground, thus exposing them potential fall hazards due to the narrow platform.
