29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 5328 Bay Ave., Ocean City, NJ: On or about November 13, 2019 a JAF Construction Framing Specialist LLC employee was conducting framing/sheathing work on a two story residential structure from a work platform secured to the elevated forks of a LULL rough terrain fork lift. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard.
