29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) The Promenade at Upper Dublin, East Building, 2nd Floor - On or about August 7, 2019 an employee used a retractable lanyard stretched across the span of room 225 in a manner that would allow him to strike the floor in the event of a fall. b) The Promenade at Upper Dublin, East Building, 2nd Floor - On or about August 7, 2019 an employee used a rope/rope-grab system stretched across the span of a hallway and room 225 in a manner that would allow him to strike the floor in the event of a fall.
