29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a). On or about 8/7/19, on site, for employees working in offices, two relocatable power taps were daisy chained to each other. The power strips were energizing a small fan, portable heater, radio, and fluorescent light. The relocatable power taps were not used in accordance to it's listing or labeling. b). On or about 8/7/19, on site, for employees working in offices, two relocatable power taps were daisy chained to each other. The power strips were energizing a two computer monitors, a docking station, two fluorescent lights, two speakers, and a phone charger. The relocatable power taps were not used in accordance to it's listing or labeling.
