29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On or about August 10, 2019, the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Sky Construction, Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of up to 14 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a commercial building with no fall protection in place.
