29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 19588 W 60th Ln, Golden CO, 80403: On October 7th, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet 5 inches to the ground below while standing on the roof of the residential house to install shingles without fall protection.  b) 19589 W 59th Dr, Golden CO, 80403: On October 7th, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet 8 inches to the ground below while standing on the roof of the residential house to install shingles without fall protection.  Sky Construction, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1422346, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5455 New Car Dr., Colorado Springs, CO, 80923.
