29 CFR 1910.217(d)(1)(i): The employer did not use dies and operating method(s) designed to control or eliminate hazards to operating personnel on mechanical power press(es): On or about July 25th, 2019 a hand controlled air valve was used to open up the cams on the die to add/ remove the part. The air valve is operated by one employee, and no other guarding was provided for other operators who are required to reach into the die area to add/ remove the part.
