29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: On or about August 29, 2023, the employer failed to ensure the aisleways were marked to identify safe working surfaces for employees who are working around moving powered industrial vehicles in Plant #2 Paint Line and Pre-Staging areas. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the powered industrial vehicles.
