29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Every enclosed workplace was not constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where their presence is detected. (a) On or about August 13, 2019 and at times prior, for employees with potential exposure to Hantavirus were the employer did not effectively exclude rodents from the workplace at or near Building 150 Ranger Circle in Bullhead City, Arizona.
