(b) On or about August 13, 2019 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical equipment to include a disconnect switch on the southeast wall was blocked by exercise equipment in the fire station located at Building 150 Ranger Circle, Bullhead City, Arizona.
