29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about August 14, 2019 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards while preforming work activities at computer workstations where relocatable power taps (power strips) were series-connected to APC ES 350 Battery Backup plus Surge Protection devices in room 147 located at 4461 East Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada.
