29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about August 14, 2019 and at times prior, for an employee with potential exposure to Excessive Force 30-1 Wax Stripper (2-Butoxyethanol, 30-50%, Cas #111-76-2; Ethanolamine, 15-25%, Cas #141-43-5; Potassium hydroxide, 10-20%, Cas 1310-58-3) while pouring and mixing at or near 4461 East Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada.
