29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about February 2, 2021 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to physical hazards while using a corrosive chemical (Excessive Force Floor Wax Stripper) throughout the facility where the eyewash station and emergency shower was in room 130 behind a locked door requiring badge access located at 4461 East Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada.
