29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Safe access was not provided to scaffold platforms when the platforms were more than 2 feet above or below the point of access: a) On August 5, 2019, employees accessed tubular welded frame scaffold platforms approximately 20 feet above the ground by climbing the ends of the scaffold frames that were not designed for such use. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
