29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about August 23, 2019 employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 15-24 feet while installing roofing materials on a new residential home located on the 2400 block of Seton Drive, Avon, Ohio 44011. The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection. C.R.H. Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411224, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 5825 Timberlane, Hudson, OH.
