On or about August 29, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees had adequate fall protection. Employees were conducting framing and roof sheathing work and were working at heights of approximately 11 feet and 18 feet without adequate fall protection on a residential home located at 5499 Fulton Drive NW, Canton, Ohio.
