29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. The employer is failing to protect the employees from the contact exposure to chemical hazards that can cause irritation to the eyes and skin. This was most recently documented on August 28, 2019 at 14711 Bailie St Waverly, NE 68462. The employer is failing to protect the employees from the following but not limited to chemicals: Loctite Subfloor PL400 adhesive, and Titebond All weather subfloor adhesives. Both products have hazards consistent with eye irritations, and to the respiratory tract.
