This was most recently documented on or about October,9 2019 at 10210 Starlight Bay, Lincoln, NE 68527 where the employer has employees operating pneumatic nail guns while sheeting the roof.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards while utilizing extension cords attached to power tools. This was most recently documented on or about October,9 2019 at 10210 Starlight Bay, Lincoln, NE 68527. An extension cord utilized by employees had a section of insulation that was damaged/worn through exposing the conductors within and multiple extension cords were plugged into a multiple tap adapter.

This was most recently documented on or about October,9 2019 at 10210 Starlight Bay, Lincoln, NE 68527 when employees were observed installing sheeting on a residential structure while working at greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.
