This condition exposed employees to point of operation and puncture hazards.  b)  Sealy Mattress Manufacturing Company, LLC dba Tempur Sealy, at 12555 E 39th Ave, Denver, CO  80239:  On and before September 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the F2 sewing machine was adequately guarded.  Employees operated the F2 sewing machine with reciprocating needles, and the needles were not guarded to protect the employees from point of operation and puncture hazards.
