29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Tempur Sealy, 12555 E 39th Ave., Denver, CO 80239: On or before September 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure there were adequate eye wash stations set up for employees near forklift charging stations. The employer did provide an eye wash station, however these do not meet the requirements of ANSI Z358.1-2014. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(iv): The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor did not ensure that each container of classified hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the pictogram(s) (a) Tempur Sealy, 12555 E 39th Ave., Denver, CO 80239: On or before September 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure that a label on cleaning solution in the sewing area was legible. A container of cleaning solution had a label on it however, the label could not be read.
