The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on September 12, 2019 at the facility located at 960 Schneider St., Fremont, NE 68026.  The employer uses oxygen and acetylene for welding operations.  Oxygen and acetylene tanks are placed right next to each other when kept in the storage area.          b) The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards when oxygen and acetylene tanks are stored together on the welding cart.  The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on September 12, 2019 at the facility located at 960 Schneider St., Fremont, NE 68026.   The employer has employees performing welding operations during day-to-day activities.  When not in use the tanks are left in storage on the welding cart next to each other instead of being returned to an approved storage area.
