29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Mount Vernon Mills, Inc., Alto, GA - On or about 09/20/2019, The area such as but not limited to where the forklifts batteries are charged and surrounding areas had explosive dust on the floor and upper surfaces, exposing employees to fire hazards. The area in the battery charging station had accumulation of combustible dust.
