On September 25, 2019 at 112 West Papermill Run in Kimberly, the employer did not provide required fall protection safety training for an employee who did not associate fall from elevation hazards when working from a third floor terrace thirty-six feet above surface level with an unprotected edge; employee who is skilled in drywall work was assisting with the frame-in job task.
