The requirement for the ground to be drained does not apply to marshes/wetlands:  On or about April 19, 2022, at a worksite located at 533 Hickory St. Wrightstown, WI 54180: two of the outriggers on the Grove Model RT635C crane used to set wall sections were not set on firm or stable ground resulting in the crane tipping over, exposing employees to potential struck-by and crushing hazards.
