29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- 1201 Hooper Avenue, Toms River NJ:  A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an articulated boom lift's elevated man lift basket while wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached to a designated anchor point.  Condition observed on or about 09/25/19.
