(a)	5605 Rt. 130, Pennsauken, NJ: Iron worker engaged in connecting beams and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 31.5 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on steel beams of a commercial structure without being tied off while working. A site-specific Health and Safety Plan from Terminal Construction Corporation calls for an "Absolute Six Foot (6') Rule". Condition noted on or about 07/15/2024.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
