Crescent, Pennsauken, NJ 08110: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard from a Skyjack Articulating Boom Lift #SJ45T at approximately twenty feet above the ground. The employee was performing iron work from the articulating boom lift and was not attached to the lift by a harness and lanyard. Observed on or about 10/18/24  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
