29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 1101 Randolph Rd, Somerset NJ 08873 The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of more than 12 feet to the ground while on an aerial lift without any means of fall protection such as a harness and lanyard attached to the basket.
