29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet were exposed to electrical hazards: (a) Near the annex entrance from the warehouse: On or about 10/8/2019, the employer did not ensure that an employee used protective footwear while attempting to dislodge a block of wood from beneath a forklift, resulting in the forklift landing on the employee's foot.
