C) The employer did not ensure LPG cylinder storage was located to minimize physical damage or tampering, in accordance with NFPA No. 58-1969 Section 5.2.1.1.    D) The employer did not ensure LPG cylinder storage was located at least five (5) feet away from the dispensing station, in accordance with NFPA No. 58-1969 Section 5.4.1.3.    E) The employer did not ensure LPG cylinders in storage were protected against vehicle impact provided in accordance with good engineering practices where vehicle traffic normally was expected at the dispensing station, in accordance with NFPA No. 58-1969 Section 5.4.2.2.
