29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. When the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: a) Worksite - On or about October 9, 2019, employees are exposed to tripping hazards from a damaged drain grate that had been previously identified as damaged, but not had the necessary repairs.
