29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: On or about October 9, 2019, at Lot 28, 334 McDaniel Place, Canton, Georgia: Three employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips, nails, and sawdust while operating nail guns and circular saws without wearing eye protection. Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1154963, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2600 Wevok Way, Grayson, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 9, 2019, at Lot 28, 334 McDaniel Place, Canton, Georgia: Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.9-feet and greater when they worked from the top plate of a house without using fall protection. Francisco Ramirez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1344646, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 30 and 31, Kemp Court, Conyers, Georgia.
