29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Employee(s) installed new roof shingles atop a single-family house at 10 Eileen Way in Edison NJ where no fall protection, such as personal fall arrest system with harnesses attached to safety lines, was in use. Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of between 11 to 16 feet to the ground below. Condition(s) were noted on or about 10/22/2019.
