29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Employee was exposed to fall hazards. Employee engaged in sheet metal activities, walking and working on a 12:12 pitch roof, was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. Century Roofing was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1349510, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-1-19, with respect to a workplace located at 2797 SW 11 Terr, Lees Summit, MO 64081.
