29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: JOB SITE: 798 Avondale Drive, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 11/5/2019, workers were observed on top of a residential structure, actively installing new roofing shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns, without any form of eye or face protection. The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
