29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer did not ensure employees were protected from elevated fall hazards. The condition was observed on or about 03 October 2024, when three employees were observed roofing a residential structure at 3329 Principia Avenue in Saint Charles, Missouri. The employer did not utilize guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. Three employees were observed working on the roof of the building, at heights of approximately 14 feet above the ground, without fall protection and thus were exposed to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about 10/03/2024 Julians Roofing LLC was installing roofing materials on the roof of a residential building located at 3329 Principia Avenue in Saint Charles, MO. An employee was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.
