29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a. On or about November 4, 2019, the employer did not provide copies of the 2016-2019 OSHA 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and 2016-2018 OSHA 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses within four (4) business hours after being requested by a representative of the Secretary of Labor conducting an inspection under the Act. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062209, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9465 Lewis and Clark, Jennings, MO 63136. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1395846, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 21290 Hwy 603, Kiln, MS 39556.
