29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):The employer did not maintain exit access of at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. On or about July 22, 2021, the employer at Dolgen Midwest, LLC at 450 West Russel Road in Sidney, Ohio 45365 had product carts and boxes placed in aisles 17 and 20 in a manner that narrowed the end of the aisleways to less than 28 inches and exposed employees to a limited exit access pathway in case of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): The employer did not ensure bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse onto employees. On or about July 22, 2021, the employer at Dolgen Midwest, LLC at 450 West Russel Road in Sidney, Ohio 45365 had product stacked inside of product carts called "rolltainers" in a manner that exposed employees to product falling out of the cart and onto them when removing the netting to reach products on the cart.
