29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Beach House Suites, Outdoor Bar- Employees in the process of roofing activities on the 5.5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 9' 11" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 11/9/2019.
