29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about November 14, 2019, on the south exterior elevation of a restaurant under construction located at 214 SW port Saint Lucie Boulevard, in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8-feet, 1-inch when attempting to move an aerial lift stuck in mud while not wearing a safety harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
