29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards while utilizing extension cords attached to power tools. This was most recently documented on or about November 14, 2019 at 6735 Monarch Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. An extension cord utilized by employees had been modified to supply power to tools using receptacles used for permanent wiring which also resulted in exposure to energized wiring.
